- Location Data: Precise GPS location data is used to populate the Discovery Map and show you nearby events. This is only collected while the App is in use and only with your explicit permission.
- UG Content: Photos of your car builds, post captions, comments, marketplace listings, and event submissions.
- Vehicle Data: Car make, model, year, modifications, and related garage info.
- Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, push notification tokens, and crash logs.
- Payment Data: Subscription data processed by RevenueCat.
- Communications: Messages sent through in-app chat features.

4. Children & Minors (Under 18)
- COPPA (Under 13): DriveSociety is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
- North Carolina Minor Safety (Under 18): To comply with North Carolina’s social media safety standards, we use Age Verification (requiring birth date during onboarding) for all users. We implement high-privacy default settings for users identified as minors.

DriveSociety LLC has a Zero-Tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
